This policy explains how Our Trip Plan handles information when you use the mobile application.
We collect account information such as your email address, display name, authentication identifier, and profile image when provided by your sign-in provider. We store information you choose to add, including travel preferences, trips, itineraries, travellers, expenses, saved places, invitations, published itineraries, likes, blocks, and safety reports.
We use this information to authenticate your account, provide trip-planning and collaboration features, remember preferences, moderate published content, respond to reports, maintain security, and improve the service.
Trip information is visible to trip owners and people who join through invitations. Published itinerary items are public when you choose to publish them. Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure. Apple or Google processes social authentication when selected. Links may open third-party map services.
Our Trip Plan does not currently use advertising networks, sell personal information, or track users across other companies’ apps and websites.
We use access controls intended to limit information to authorized users and collaborators. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid entering highly sensitive information in notes or expense descriptions.
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. You can permanently delete your account and owned trip data from Profile settings.
Our Trip Plan is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
