The story
Arriving
The pace changes on the walk from the centre. Busy streets give way to trees, bicycles and quieter rows of houses. The Example House sits behind a generous garden, close enough for an easy day in Cambridge but removed from the busiest paths.
Check-in is imagined as the kind we value most: warm, straightforward and full of genuinely useful local knowledge. There is time to settle in, make tea and decide which saved places should make it onto the evening’s plan.
